If you'd like us to email you when the next harvest is in and we're ready for orders (around mid-July each year) just let us know, we'd be happy to do so. We only email people who request it each year. We’d really love to have the time to take our garlic to the Dane County Farmer's Market or other local farmer’s market or festival but until there are more than 24 hours in a day or more than 7 days in a week, that’s not going to happen anytime soon. We’re both busy with our careers and raising our family so our days are quite full and we just can’t add the commitment of a farmer’s market to our calendar at this time. How to order: Our online catalog will list the garlic that we currently have for sale and the pricing information. If you would like to order some of our garlic you can place your order through our online catalog. Any size order is welcome, we have no minimum size requirement for orders. ***Our online catalog will email you confirmation of your order immediately. If you do not receive that email, you probably forgot to click on submit order, there may have been a typo in your email address, or your email service provider blocked the email. In that case please email us to be sure we received your order. Once your order has been received and we have confirmed availability, we will calculate shipping costs and provide you with a total amount due and payment information before the garlic is ready to be shipped. Manually calculating the shipping cost sometimes allows us to save you a bit of money on shipping and use a flat rate box when that's the better choice. The garlic generally starts shipping around mid-August each year after it is cured. If it is okay to substitute another variety in the event that we run out of the one you ordered let us know in the notes section of the order. We will not substitute unless you tell us it is okay. All garlic and garlic scape sales are subject to our terms and conditions, please see below for more details. Payment information: Prices shown do not include shipping. Shipping charges will be our best estimate using USPS's shipping calculator for Priority Mail or the UPS calculator for larger packages. We will request funds from you only after we have verified availability and caclulated shipping costs. We will accept PayPal® from US accounts, cash, a personal check, money order, or cashier's check. (please do not mail cash) You can make a secure payment through PayPal® even if you do not have a PayPal® account by using your credit card. Personal checks may be required to clear the bank before the order will be shipped. If you choose PayPal® as your payment method, we will email you an invoice with instructions for payment before we ship. If prefer to send a check or money order for payment we will email you your total amount due along with our mailing address. Payment must be received before garlic will be shipped. Please note: Garlic orders will be held for 10 days after we send you the total amount due and if payment does not arrive, it may be sold to someone else. Also if you send us a check with insufficient funds, we will hold you responsible for the bank fees incurred by us for your bad check. Shipping information: Garlic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS for larger packages if you prefer, please let us know if you have a shipping preference for a larger order when you place your order. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping but please do let us know if something happens to your shipment. If you live locally and would like to come and pick up your order, there will be no shipping and handling charges. We're located about 12 miles north of Madison, WI, and about 4 miles north of Deforest, WI. We'll arrange a time for you to come out and meet us. We generally have a few pickup days on weekends in mid to late August each year or we can arrange another time to meet with you for pick up. Please note: We do not ship garlic internationally or to the state of Idaho. We are unable to ship to the state of Nevada if you intend to use the garlic for commercial production. Other terms and conditions of sale: If you are dissatisfied with any garlic you have received from us, please contact us within ten days of receipt to arrange for refund of your purchase price or replacement upon the return of your order. Return postage is the customers responsibility. If replacement is not possible, we reserve the right to provide a refund.
