| While we do our best to grow good quality garlic and garlic scapes, we give no warranty, express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for purpose sold, description, productiveness, or any other matter concerning our garlic or garlic scapes. For any bulbs or cloves that may be planted, we will in no way be responsible for the resulting crop. All garlic and garlic scapes are sold as is. The purchaser shall have a right of refusal and return of goods limited to ten days from the date the goods are delivered to or received by the purchaser. After the expiration of ten days, the purchaser shall have no right of refusal and return of goods, and shall have no remedy against the seller. If you are dissatisfied with any garlic you have received from us, please contact us within ten days of receipt to arrange for refund of your purchase price or replacement upon the return of your order. Return postage is the customers responsibility. If replacement is not possible, we reserve the right to provide a refund. |
